As one of the functional departments under the Chinese Consulate General in Vancouver, the Office is committed to maintaining and accelerating the trade relationship between China and the British Columbia and the Yukon Territory. Up to 2006, the total trade value between BC and China has taken 25% of that between Canada and China. We are confident that bilateral trade and economic cooperation will continue to grow in the future.
Under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Commerce of China, the office provides trade/investment policy updates and business information for governments, Non-governmental organizations, companies and individuals of the both sides.
